What User doesn't like about The Clocktower:
For the price, it would be wise and appropriate to have a vegetable on the plate with the fish entrees instead of just a dead piece of fish on a plate. The chef should know this. The presentation was substantially lacking in imagination and content. The crab was tasteless as was the tuna. The best thing were the oysters and they weren't cooked....... The service was a little slow and they weren’t that busy. I had the Lobster Benedict and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time.
We went there for Mother’s Day brunch and the service was simply horrible. Food was late, incomplete and didn’t taste that good. The ambiance is poor the restaurant has very bad lighting overall. Won’t be going back
My star rating says it all. It was an excellent evening.
It’s closed completely for renovations. The whole building under construction- we could not eat there.
Steak was surprisingly good. Halibut was not bad. Other than these two, appetizers and cocktails were very very basic and also lack of creativity. Not worth the hype unfortunately.
