Went to Big K a couple months back during lunch on a Thursday. A friend and I had some time to kill, we hoped to do the all-you-can-eat, but I am not sure they are doing that anymore.I had the brisket with coleslaw and potato salad. By far the best REAL BBQ in Boise. He knocks it out of the park. Amazing work Steve. Can't wait to come back.
Not only was Jennifer, helpful, friendly and appealing, but the food was excellent! They did a great job on the day of the event by showing up when they said they would, create, cook and presentation. Everyone at our event really enjoyed the food! Well done!

Had the Tri Tip Sand it was phenomenal! I don't like Cole Slav, but there was Carolina Slav pretty good.
