Orchid - Garden City

Eight of us dined at the restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. The food has consistently been excellent over the years. The waitstaff is always friendly and welcoming. I’ve been retired for 15 years, but during my working years, I often enjoyed meals there. I plan to keep returning. We never felt rushed, allowing us plenty of time to catch up with one another.

The food was merely average, though it used to be quite excellent. The restaurant could use some renovations, and the overall atmosphere could use a boost as well.

I ordered the Peking Duck, and oh my gosh, I absolutely love it! It's so juicy and packed with flavor. This is definitely one of the best Peking ducks I've ever tasted. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly. I can't wait to try more items from the menu. Highly recommended!

The Chinese food here is so delicious. I come here at least once month. This is one our families go to restaurants for dining out. The waiters are great they are so kind and helpful. I am vegetarian and they give you plenty of options. Also the desserts are wonderful as well. I totally recommend people eat in here or order out. Also, they have an elevator if you have trouble about using stairs.

Hiding out in a down stairs store front is this High end Chinese restaurant. The food here is great but the duck is outstanding. I?ve never had duck this meaty and tender. Excellently prepared and served. The wait staff is also outstanding. We had the Peking duck, orchid duck , pu pu platter and the triple crown. It?s getting harder to find sit down , Hogh end Chinese restaurants, so this was a find. The decor was fabulous.
