Many times I have been there before they gave me my cup when I first ordered, then I could get myself a beverage and refill if I wanted while I was waiting but this time they didn't do that and it was kind of a bummer compared to the other visits. Also several people were there but everyone was still waiting for their food. Rarely before had so many people have to wait for their food. View all feedback.

McDonald's grew up and their seating area is like a corporate office now. Bring back Ronald. The people they hire can't read a screen and get your order correct to save their lives.

The prices at McDonalds for fast food are ridiculous. I'm done with McDonalds in general.
Found a few hairs in our fries this evening went showed the manager and alls he said was umm I'll get you new fries seriously you think I want more fries after that NO I don't think
