Mcdonald's - Garden City

They almost always get their food wrong. check not only the bag, open the sandwich or whatever they order, that is special and make sure that their special requests are there. they always pay extra money for their special request, but never get it. for example, a double filet is more expensive than a regular filet, but they give them only a patty. this is an example that they don't get what they want. Actually, we're all better off just making our own food home?

This mcdonald’s is the worst in wayne county every time I come to this place, the experience is terrible, the night manager is rude and my opinion is pure! Just like eating that they serve! When I ordered my food, I asked her to make everything fresh and they did it inconsistent. everything I ordered was cold, but the dame in the window that looked drunk, told me that the fries just came out the fat and that everything was fresh. this place was down and rebuilt, but still have the same müll worker! if they want to eat dog food, this is the perfect location and if they are looking for quality, this is not the place this mcdonald deserves donky from the day.

My order was 3 10 pieces of meal and a mcdouble no pickle. was sent to the 2nd pickup window, no problem. they gave me my bag and went away. the bag was missing the sauce for the Nugget-maals and the mcdouble. in the apartment said lady at the desk lacked sauce and a mcdouble no pickel. I gave myself a bag with a burger and a sauce in the hand. I'm too home and there are pickles on the burger. with food allergies on the rise could want to pay more attention if people ask for something that is omitted from their order.

Just very disappointed! I’ve been here about 12 times since it reopened. Easily 80% of the time order is wrong. Missing items, random tomatoes on double cheese burgers, nothing on a cheese burger, but meat and cheese, spongy and dry biscuits, greasy and flimsy fries, cold food, etc., and all with long waits. I’ve had them replace food only for them to mess up replacement. I understand bad days and being short handed, but that can’t be everyday! Do better. We are done though. Will drive by and go to the next McDs or do without.
