The dining area is tastefully decorated in rattan and light colors, giving it a tropical vibe that feels like a getaway from Long Island. It's a lovely spot to catch up with a friend over lunch while catching up on Cable News 12. Although there can be a line, it moves quickly, allowing you to enjoy your lunch without much wait. What Alexanne Ernser doesn't like about Crackers:
Crackers is a fantastic restaurant! I really love their French toast! However, I did notice one issue: the staff seems to handle money and food with the same dirty glove. The server wears a glove but doesn’t use a separate hand for collecting money, which raises concerns about cross-contamination. I will definitely make sure she doesn’t touch my food! I was curious about the restaurant's name, so I asked about it. I learned that the current owners bought the business and decided to keep the original name. It left me a bit puzzled, but the staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. If you ever find yourself in Garden City, Long Island, make sure to stop by for a Reuben; you won't be disappointed!

Ordered 2 sandwiches during a lunch break. paid 28. never again
Crackers is often overlooked as it is on the entrance road to Roosevelt Field Mall on the first floor of an office building. While this coffee shop does not offer table service, the cafeteria order gives you the opportunity to see all the day offers and to peruse your menu board. They make great soups, salads and sandwiches as well as daily hot lunch. I would often take lunch home for dinner, especially her Swedish meatballs and egg noodles, sourcing and pepper and chicken Francese. The office is her BLT. A nice bonus if you dive is your dining room. Decorated in rattan and light colours, it feels like the place belongs far south of Long Island. It's a great place to meet a friend for lunch and get on cable News 12. You draw a business crowd, but the line moves so you can enjoy your lunch.
