Rán Jí Yeon-gil Seafood Kababs Hǎi Xiān Yīn Lè Chuàn Ba

We ordered beef soup, shrimp balls, chicken, lamb and beef tendon kebabs. Beef soup and shrimp balls were okay. The kebabs were took forever to cook. I asked not to put kumin on my last kebabs but they forgot. We spent 1.5 hours there and most of the time was waiting for the kebabs. We don't like kebabs, loud music and the long wait.

Shockingly small kebabs. I’m from NYC and this type of restuarants are everywhere in Chinatown there and they are usually 1-2 dollars but triple the size. 8$ for 3 babysize kebabs that are the size of my girl friend’s thumb-nails is insane. Also if you order hot items and cold items (ice rice) they will just bag them together for you. Maybe they have no competition here but not cool

We had a skewer phase, and Yeon-Gil is probably one of the best in town out of all we tried. However, it’s pricey, and you can’t get full without spending quite a bit. The vibe and service are great, and it’s very suitable as a late night snack.When in doubt, get the lamb skewer!

Super chill spot, relaxed vibe on a late friday night. Ordered a whole grip of different skewers, along with the pea shoots and oysters.Everything tasted super fresh, packed with flavor and some satisfying heat. On the pricier side for sure if you're ordering to fill up. My waiter was super helpful in identifying what skewers were which and had some great recommendations for future orders.I'd love to come back with a group to try the whole fish and that soju watermelon I keep seeing around.Vegetarian options: Several veggie options, both as sides and grilled items. Some vegetarian rice and noodle options as well.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff is also really helpful with explaining the dishes. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about. Food is pretty good, some Chinese BBQ and some their main dishes. They even gave me a Lotus dessert, it is very refreshing. Highly recommended!
