Pre-Valentin evening, unique menu, no booking. This is how to start a night in the unknown. We arrived relatively early, 7:30. We were warmly welcomed by the restaurant team. We were able to dine on the menu while the restaurant has a unique menu for this evening.Pizza of good quality, cooking meat as requested. This evening was of exemplary simplicity and efficiency.
Restaurant "La Parenthèse". Hormis le service, on a rien apprecié de cette soirée !!! Tartare affreux, viande broyée et goût sucré! Avec 4 frites a moitié cramées !!!Légumes grillés gras avec une entrecôte très grasse. On a bien sur pas pris de dessert...Dommage. Mais on n'y reviendra pas!
De passage sur gardanne pour le weekend du 14 juillet, Nous y sommes allé en famille une table de douze personne. ..Personnel jeune et dynamique qui a su être très synchro pour servir tout le monde en même temps ce qui est de plus en plus rare.La carte est succincte ce qui est un gage de qualité.. nous avons pris des pizzas cuite au feu de bois un vrai régale. Mais aussi des entrecôte et brochette de poulet cuite au feu de bois, les cuissons ont été maîtrisé la viande est de premier choix et surtout accompagné de vrai frite maison !!!Les desserts sont également très bon. Bref aucune ombre au tableauSi nous revenons sur gardanne un jour, nous y retourneront avec plaisir !!!
