we come regularly to lunch here, it's a nice place. The kitchen is really excellent. Today the dish of the day was cherizo stuffed salmon pears with apple in the oven and carrot purée...the team is really nice and the dish of the day always has a reasonable price (less than 15 euros.) the service is fast and it is almost full every day. What Océane Hernandez doesn't like about Le Chardon Bleu:
Stumbled upon when passing Gap. A lot of people where there so it looked like a good idea. Salads were not fresh, chicken cooked beforehand hell knows when and cold. Cucumber was dried out etc. I got a dirty knife that was not washed after previous guests! Two stars only for friendly service. Definitely look for something else. View all feedback.
No professional service. Salads and foods were disgusting. The toilets are probably harming your health.
A place where you feel good, always a very good welcome, a simple but varied map with good products, the plates are copied and well presented. a team up, always in small care, I highly recommend this establishment if you want to spend a good time.
Excellent cuisine with relation quality price. home kitchen. Dad in the kitchen, kids in the bedroom. a good organization for this family place with very pleasant and commercial people. a recommendation without worry. I'll be right back!
The boss is nice but the food is frankly any. ratatouille in March... it can only be canned. A hearty grill but a pepper sauce that frankly lacks finesse. The dolphin gratin to the advent. it was the dish of the day (15€) short, in gap, we must be able to find better.
We took salads, only very acid rocket, no salt and the bread I had to ask, the glasses were dirty. So we didn't finish our plates and we left what a shame.
