A horror! an unpleasant boss who obviously doesn't know this job for a long time, we get almost attacked when we ask for a la carte meal because she tells us that the kitchen takes time and asks us how long we have before us! but we quickly understood: cheaper than home, a dry blanquette and prepared at least 2 days before/1 dry white rice and 1 half hard not cooked and crammed! an endless waiting between the dishes....
