The food wa... read more I visited Koyasan for the first time. I didn't have anything specific I wanted to eat in Wakayama, so I decided to come here after visiting Koyasan. The food was served about 5 minutes after we ordered. It was so fast that I thought they might have brought our order to the wrong table. The tempura and other dishes were delicious and served at the right temperature. The sesame tofu was the smoothest and most delicious I've ever had. The creative sesame tofu was also delicious. However, there seems to be a lack of staff training. With such delicious food prepared by the restaurant, I think they could attract customers from all over Japan. The staff seemed to take customers for granted. I hope they reconsider their approach to customer service. I believe that restaurants are places to enjoy food and time. Although I couldn't see the chefs from my seat, the taste, presentation, and smoothness of the sesame tofu were excellent, which may have been prepared using machines. I will visit Wakayama next time not to visit Koyasan, but to visit Kadohama for their delicious sesame tofu. I hope they continue to preserve the delicious sesame tofu. Thank you for the meal.

The udon had a nice texture and the broth was delicious, but the size of the shiitake tempura was like tennis balls.
