The best pies I've ever had! This is my favorite bakery, and they always have a great selection. I won't get pies from anywhere else! You absolutely must try the apple turnover as well.

I was really looking forward to this bakery but very disappointed. Sorry but I can't agree with other reviews. I have seen this bakery advertised and see signs all over saying they stock Ganmain Pies, so went for a 45min drive to check out for lunch. My idea was to get direct from bakery as would be fresh. Arrived at 11.00am. I thought there would be a bigger selection being 11.00am but no. Got a salad roll, plain pie and a sausage roll. Plan was to have the pie for dinner later. Nice staff member served me. Salad roll was in a fridge that I helped myself to. Pie and sausage roll in warmer. Left and sat in car at park to enjoy. Sadly, the salad roll was IMO not fresh that day and didn't finish. Sausage roll was dried out so didn't finish either. Decided to eat the pie. Mmm, top pastry was heading to being dry but the bottom was soggy. The pie was more pastry than meat but meat was reasonable but not much flavour. I did finish it though. Would I go again. Probably not.
