I was told they don't have p... read more I went to the KFC drive through last night here in Gander, planning to purchase vegan plant based burgers and fries for the family. I was told they don't have plant based burgers. Very disappointed! I thought all KFC offered the same menu in Canada....So, unfortunately, they are not a vegan option in Gander. Hope they step up their game. Surprised they don't mind losing business.

Everything was overcooked or cooked twice at least. Flavourless. Not going to return. what has happened to this place?

Went there yesterday (in the drive thru) for a favorites bucket, and went home to find out that it was the most BURNT taste on everything, called them and found... read more Went there yesterday (in the drive thru) for a favorites bucket, and went home to find out that it was the most BURNT taste on everything, called them and found out it was because they haven't cleaned their fryer in a long time and have...had multiple callers complain about the same issue, so we were put on a list to go back and get another favorites bucket. Went back today to receive it, and they argued with us that we were only allowed to get the chicken and not the full meal. We paid almost dollars for this yesterday and all we could eat were some fries and salad! Then when we got home, we noticed there were only pieces of chicken in the bucket (supposed to be eight). The WORST customer service I have ever seen, and they will not see us as customers ever again..very rude and unprofessional. If you don't mind wasting dollars and not being a valued customer, go here!

The advertisement stated that it included two dark meat pieces and fries for $2.99, but in reality, it was only 2 pieces of chicken for $3.99. The staff had to clarify this to multiple customers. I do not recommend the Tuesday special as I believe ordering other items, especially with coupons, would be a cheaper option.
