I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment on 30.06.2025 After placing and receiving our order, we were informed that card payments were not accepted due to a “non-functioning POS system” and that only cash payments were being accepted. This information was not communicated to us beforehand — neither by the staff nor through any visible signage at the entrance or ordering area. This situation placed us in a very uncomfortable position and created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. It is unreasonable and unprofessional to wait until after service is rendered to disclose such an important detail. Payment method limitations should be made clear before the customer commits to an order. We hope this was an isolated incident, and we strongly urge you to ensure better communication in the future. Informing customers in advance is a basic courtesy and part of good customer service.
