But houlalala, it's okay! So far, I only swear by the chocolate of the Blue Cat (Lille, Le Touquet) or Beussent Lachelle. Even Mary in Brussels doesn't make such good chocolate. The cakes and macaroons also look great, so we'll have to go back to find out if they're also falling backwards than chocolates.

We haven’t tried their chocolate yet, but we did sample their macarons. While most were decent, they weren’t particularly memorable—except for the lemon and framboise flavors, which stood out as delicious. They were a bit on the expensive side, in comparison to macrons we tried in France.
