Food was really good with taste. Head dish... The pasta and the pastasaus were delicious, but too heavy and too controlling, which set it against. The stovery was fine with taste, but not enough seitan and too much watery sauce, a missed opportunity. In short, a chief of potential, but with need of growth rates, I'll give him a hearty gun. Too cold. Too salty. Lousy service. Thought to surprise my friend and vegan chef from Canada. Disappointed.
