Of the Ihops in the area, this is my favorite. We have great experiences here and staff is great. What Mel A Nie doesn't like about Ihop:
Went here to grab breakfast with the family. All of our order did not come out. Had to ask for another table because the one they placed at was dirty. Had to remind the waitress to get the remainder of the order and give us napkins. I unwrapped utensils and they looked like they had not even been washed. Had to ask for hot water. Service was prompt, food did its job, strawberry tea was pretty good. Standard IHOP experience
The food is terrible the service is terrible you can never get anyone on the phone they leave you on hold they say they're going to correct a mistake and they do not the place is horrible I will never go there
Excellent service, and excellent food served in a timely
My mother and I ate at this location and when we entered we were seated right away. The food would have been better if it would not have gotten cold so fast but that wasn't the problem. It was when we felt that there was some suspicion of us. Out waitress walked by and eyed the money that was placed on the table after we were done with our meals. She had a facial expression as if she was trying to figure out something. Then several minutes later she walked by again and this time she asked if everything was alright. I responded with a yes and then she rushed off. We then started to feel a little uncomfortable because it seemed as if we were being pressured to leave. We even gave her a generous tip and that changed her demeanor. I don't like to be treated this way when I am spending my money. We will not be returning to this location.
You pay ahead and they won't bring your food to your car, this place service is always NOT GOOD. Not sure why i keep coming back.
