What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
Waited 10 for a burger and a little shake. You wouldn't take money in the pay window. Instead, after they had brought the food to the outside lane, they had to get back in to change. Take more time. And some other cars first got their orders. The burger was ok and the shake was the wrong taste. The Shake was so badly asked that they didn't leave him. Atmosphere is what it is in fast food but it was really clean, friendly staff, but kitchen takes too long. I've always wondered if whataburgers kitchen goes slower the more people on the line, lol.Food: 4/5
First time ever to get whataburger. Very disappointing. Cold food. Missing items. Paid for delivery as we were on vacation. I was offered a free burger or whatever. But...I had to pick it up. I paid $7 for delivery the first time. We do not have whataburger here in Michigan. This was nowhere near deserving of all the praise I have heard.Almost forgot! Drink your soda quick. The beverage actually leaks through the styrofoam cups!! Nifty.
