How much do I love this coffee shop? Enough to drive 35 minutes just to get my favorite caramel frappe! Sugar Bean Coffee and Bean is hands-down at the top of my list. From the moment I first walked in, I was hit with a sense of cuteness overload—the cozy atmosphere and charming decor instantly made me feel at home. The lighting inside is always warm and inviting, giving me a boost of energy before I even take a sip of coffee. Now, let’s talk about the caramel frappe. It’s perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness and a rich, creamy texture that keeps me coming back. The caramel flavor is bold without being overpowering, blending beautifully with the smooth coffee base. It's easily one of the best I’ve had, and every sip feels like a treat. Sugar Bean Coffee and Bean isn’t just a coffee shop—it’s my go-to spot for great vibes and even better drinks.

The coffees are delicious! The beautiful place the attention

My coffee was actually okay, but it’s a shame how bad the service was. The two girls at the front didn’t even acknowledge us. No “hi” or “bye”. Not even a glance toward our direction. We immediately felt out of place and unwelcome. It’s a very cute place with a great atmosphere! But the service just ruins the experience completely, we didn’t want to drink our coffee inside because of how weird we felt. I’ve seen quite a few reviews regarding service. It’s a shame nothing has been done about this.

The coffee options are good definitely better than StarBucks in terms of price and quality. However, the girls working there were un friendly and never greeted us plus they kinda gave us racist vibes for some reason probably because we were the only Hispanics there but overall great experience.
