Starbucks - Galveston

To avoid places next year. The Starbucks at the Randall supermarket in Galveston. What a joke! Slowly like mud, my coffee tastes down, and the worst part was the two baristas talking with their friends and working even more slowly. A woman gave her boyfriend her password to get the employee discount in the register for food I am sure is cheated by Randall? She wonders how many people gave her. The Baristas do not consider when you talk to you. At least I'm not sure about everyone else. I asked for a coffee with cream. She asked, “Is half okay?” I didn't know there was anything else. I know, however, there is half and half was always called a cream when talking about coffee. So I'm not going back. There are other cafés in and around Galveston.

All right, but the lady's going very bad over there.

You cannot go wrong with the Pink Drink w/vanilla cream on the Caramel Macchiato w/extra caramel

It should be pointed out that this Starbucks is located inside of a Randalls and thus does not have a drive up window. They do have three tables to sit at which face the produce department. The two people on duty were nice and the place was clean. The coffee was good as usual, but the baked goods were pretty lacking. I'd call this a decent acceptable Starbucks but I've been to many more that have a lot more to offer in the way of baked goods and a drive up window is usually a must.

I came in ten minuets before they closed excited to get a drink and she was sitting behind the counter at the register and I was looking at the menu and she looked at me and said they were closed but there was a costumer?? She was rude about it too.
