Lupita Tex Mex - Galveston

This small restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and serves delicious food. The customer service is excellent, with friendly staff ready to help. However, parking can be a bit congested on the street.

I'll say this: the food is fantastic, but there is a difference in portion sizes between dining in and taking it to go. When I ordered takeout, I was a bit disappointed with the portion I received compared to what I got when I dined in, and that's the only reason I gave it a 4-star rating. As for the taste? Absolutely delicious!

I had an outstanding dining experience! Update: that was the BEST chicken quesadilla I've had in ages. The chicken was tender, juicy, and there was a generous amount packed inside, all bursting with flavor. The rice served on the side was cooked to perfection, as always. Plus, the service was both quick and friendly. I also appreciated the lovely artwork in the restaurant. Don't hesitate—go, eat, and enjoy! Thank you!

Nice family owned restaurant. Food was good and served nice and hot. The service was on point, attentive and polite.

On the way from Galveston to Houston Airport, I saw people lining up and saw that it was a TEX-MEX restaurant. The food was delicious, and the price was more reasonable than expected. And the staff is very friendly. I wish I could go again.
