The ambient is very friendly as soon as you first walk in. They attend to you immediately. Took us a while for us to choose between if we could do breakfast or lunch since we arrived around 1030 and lunch starts at 11am. One of us opted for a breakfast burrito which was more of a very large taco. It was a very thick flour tortilla. The food was amazing! I just couldn't resist ordering it. We went at 6 AM when there were no other customers, as we intended to pick up our order. I highly recommend trying the surprise taco!
Simple yet excellent. There's nothing flashy about this place, but they open early and everything tastes amazing. It seems to be a favorite among the locals, as they greeted everyone by name. While the service may not be the quickest compared to some other spots, the quality of the food more than makes up for it.
The food was excellent and the service was great! We requested a special dish and they delivered it beautifully. Everything we had was hot and fresh. The staff wore masks and ensured that our meals were safely placed at our table. We will definitely return when we're in town!

We needed a place to eat after we returned from our Carnival Cruise. We found El Jardin Mexican Restaurant and gave them a try and now we are telling everyone about our hidden treasure in Galveston. Thank for such exceptional service at a great price. We will be eating there everytime we are in Galveston. #tablefor5
