What Fritz Sjögren doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
For a second time choosing not to drive to the Webster location, I attempted to eat here. The first time, my burger was raw in the center. I was very irritated that I just paid and left. And three months later with a second attempt, the chicken we ordered was cold, and limes were frozen solid. I left a review which probably will go nowhere. I don’t expect this one to either. Always, problems at the galveston location could certainly be more friendly warmhearted. over there they're sloppy. I will literally drive to another city to avoid this. because there are literally always something! short staff, managers have settings, waiters/ waiters are rough (not mindful of manating). and please, stand back when they have no masks and stop talking about our eating before they put it on the table! 646 location. andrew the bartender can be a bit much. He's good, but wish he didn't talk so much to the antik. he doesn't seem like to be tipped $5 or less. if the check is less than 12 mice, why do they need 5 or more? are they happy to get everything! you don't know what people have to go through to get a meal or take themselves. Some just want to get away from home. everyone has to recover from the hoe, is my job. when they get $2, they take their tip and go. He's good, but when he's done to serve you, he's done, and you'll know. Except for eating. they must, however, seriously wipe off the condition. salt and pepper shakers have salt and pepper built on the lids, fingerprints also via ketchup bottles. they should be wiped off after each cartridge leaves.
Its Just Wings!!! The wings were ok. The service was awful. I sat in a curbside spot for 10 minutes AFTER Check in. Upon checking in I got a message that said someone would be out with my order, but no one ever came. I finally went inside and picked up my LUKEwarm wings and fries.
The food was amazing, it took an hour to get to us and the restaurant was not full the people that came in after us got their food first and the had the same amount of people. One of the seven orders came out 20 minutes later and it should of been first since it was just a soup and salad. The service was poor the waitress was prioritizing who she waiting on. But the guy who actually took care of us was amazing he took great care.

The front house staff seemed way to overworked, the cooks did seem to come out helping. I have no issue with the staffs behavior. It’s quality I have an issue with. I’ll make the drive inland next time. I feel for the front house staff as it’s not their fault. But the management seems to ignore basic quality of food.
Just ate supper here. People are nice and food was good. But goodness everything took forever to get. First drinks and refills took forever then they'd be wrong. Other customers gave our cutlery because they had to go find some too. It was like they were short handed and couldn't keep up
