There aren't many places where I'd recommend waiting an hour in line to order, but Killen's is DEFINITELY worth the wait! If you want a decent 'highlight
Texas is renowned for their BBQ ribs and every place that I've been to was okay, UNTIL I stumbled along Killen's.
