Poor customer service. Very rude. Lobby was closed, only drive thru was open. I waited 7 minutes in the drive thru, and no response. I called and asked what was going on, and if we could come inside to order, as there was 10 of us, who were all ordering separately, and was told no. I asked if we could do separate tabs on the drive thru line was told no. So they expected us to go through the drive thru line 10 times.... View all feedback.
Today the drive through was much quicker that normal and I wasn't missing items this time .
We went here on July 18 2021 around 9:08 pmWe ordered 2 L1 10 piece hot wings and 2 apple pies which we were told we had. To wait for . So about 15 mins later we got our food . I had my 13 year old to make sure it was all there considering I was driving not a good idea. When reached our home we saw that both apple pies were burned to like coal. And we did not receive one of our L1 AND THE ONE WE DID GET MISSING FISH FILLET.. I’m not quite sure what happen I tried calling the store today to reach out to the manager phone just rings and voicemail picks up. So I wanted to reach out in an email but they are not excepting emails for this store. My last resort is to leave a review.. so just. Think twice before ordering or just really double check your order before leaving .. just really disappointed in the service . Hopefully this was an isolated incident but will not be going back .also my receipt does match my order!!!
The young men working there were very nice, really nice polite which is awesome. However the owner/management needs to do better. CLEAN YOUR RESTAURANT. The grime on the doors, surfaces is crazy gross, you can skate across the floor with how slick with dirt it is. The toilets, sink, doors, just everything looks like it hasn't been touch for possibly a year or longer. I had ordered meals prior to seeing it all, one was missed. Opened one of the meals we did receive, biscuit was hard as a rock, mashed potatoes old/burned, I didn't want to risk the chicken. I'll never be back as my family was passing through. Just take pride in you business, teach your help how to properly run an establishment.

Poor service with a bad attitude! Put the Nashville hot chicken with the spicy oil in a cardboard box instead of a plastic container and it leaked all inside the bag all over the other orders. We weren't given any napkins so it was a mess to eat. Food was less than average when it is usually pretty good here. The fish looked and tasted like it was cooked yesterday.
