Visited for the first time today on my lunch break, I was greeted right away by the cashier and cook! Very friendly customer service and made my order fresh and hot!! I was disappointed with my experience at this establishment. It seemed like they were not fully prepared to handle their customers. Despite being the only ones in line, there were several people who had already placed their orders, causing delays. Decent Mexican almost food. order them to go and eat in their car or on the road.
Ive only eaten here once, and ill admit it was right atfer the opened. Food was JUST ok. Nothing special, but service was slow, orders were mess up and had to be remade, an angry customer waving his receipt over the sneeze guard, right above where the food is made, it was a made house. Hoping this place gets better with age. Food wise though a Rubio's or Chipotle would have been better for Galt. BAJA FRESH has always left me feeling like its not authentic, special or unique. Boring Tex mex.
Really good food especially for me trying it for the first time and I'm definitely a person who doesn't like trying any new foods
Love the customer service great food. Recommend to all if you know baja fresh you know you get good food!
Food was cold. This is the second time. Chips were stale. I ordered a salad and they didn't give me any dressing. I tried to call twice to let them know and no one answered. They were not even busy when I went in to pick up my food. Not sure why they couldn't answer the phone.
