great people and still one of my favorite breakfast places. it seems that their portion sizes have fallen a bit, but honestly they were a bit rediculouse before. they get a lot of great eating served by wonderful people. their homemade tortillas are one must and the burritos are to die. just worth the five stars. What Anonym dislikes about Sandra’s Place:
Cute place. Staff was nice and service was efficient. Food was meh. My burger was just a burger, fine but lacked seasoning and the bun was dry. My husband liked the relleno burger and my daughter said the patty melt was pretty good. Frozen fries. View all feedback.
Quaint, friendly local place on Route 66. Tasty burgers (I had one with green chili's, bacon and cheddar) crinkle cut fries. Everything was good. We were told that breakfast is the bomb too. Trying french toast and country fried steak next!
This is a serene and welcoming spot on Route 66. The burgers are fantastic—I tried one with green chilis, bacon, and cheddar, and it was delicious. The crinkle-cut fries were also great. Everything here is top-notch. The breakfast is incredible as well; be sure to try the French toast and their roasted steak on your next visit!
Quaint place, with an “Indian cowboy” look. Food is fantastic. The “hole in the wall” aspect is somehow a cover: for instance, they take all major credit cards, including American Express. Still a fantastic, inexpensive place to have breakfast or brunch. I had the special (Huevos Rancheros) and they were great.
Ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast, but didn't want regular gravy on it asked if I could have it smothered with green chili sauce instead! The chicken fried steak breakfast came with two eggs(any style), hash browns, two pancakes, and coffee I was stuffed when I exited the restaurant! The green chili smother chicken fried steak was excellent, service was great, I probably had five cups of coffee and never once did I have to ask for it!
Fantastic staff and still one of my favorite spots for breakfast! It seems like the portion sizes have decreased a little, but to be fair, they were quite excessive before. You still receive plenty of delicious food served by amazing people. Their homemade tortillas are a must-try, and the burritos are fantastic. Definitely deserves a five-star rating!
