"Wow! You would never guess what the inside is like just by looking at the outside. It's adorable, clean, and vibrant inside. The breakfast is fantastic, especially the green chili dish! The servers were wonderful too. Make sure to stop by Sandra’s for a delicious breakfast!"
This is a quiet and friendly spot on Route 66. The burgers are fantastic—I tried one with green chilies, bacon, and cheddar, and it was delicious, accompanied by crinkle-cut fries. Everything we had was great. Their breakfast is amazing too; I recommend trying the French toast and the ranch-roasted steak next!
This is a small local restaurant that is definitely the place for breakfast. The staff is courteous and the establishment is clean. From traditional to Mexican flair it is all here and yummy. All located on Route 66, what's not to love about that!
The staff are fantastic, and this remains one of my favorite breakfast spots. It seems like their portion sizes have decreased a bit, but honestly, they were a bit excessive before. You still get a generous amount of delicious food served by wonderful people. Their homemade tortillas are a must-try, and the burritos are amazing. Definitely deserving of five stars!
After driving over 5 states and daily breakfast I finally found a really wonderful New Mexico style breakfast at Sandra's. I had a breakfast Burrito with half red and half green chili, filled with ham, egg, potato and cheese along with a side of Pinto beans. It was exactly what I was looking for. I added a flour tortilla to finish the beans and leftover sauce and almost broke into tears because the homemade tortillas were like my father to make earlier. I drive through Gallup 3 or 4 times a year and will be back every time I'm safe in town.
