Turned out I waited 30 mins for my order I literally had to get out on my vehicle and walk to the drive up window and remind them I'm waiting. They didn't attempt to remedy the situation or offer me anything for my wait. I wouldn't recommend this place due to the type of service I

This is... read more I had a disappointing experience at this KFC. The chicken was extremely greasy, and the meat was dry, as if it had been in the cooking oil for too long. This isn't my first time having issues here; it seems to be the way they prepare their chicken. I'd much prefer to get KFC in New Mexico instead.

Also, there was a discrepancy in the price of the Famous Bowl compared to what was advertised on television. The commercial stated it was $5.00, but we were charged $7.99. Quite frustrating!
