It took over 30 minutes to receive my order, and then the cashier had an argument with me.
This is a wonderful restaurant, but I think the drinks served in bags would be better if they were offered in regular cups instead. I placed mine on my seat, and unfortunately, it spilled all over the car on the way home without me noticing. It was quite disappointing.
The food was served promptly and hot, and at just $5 for a refill, the price was reasonable. Even though it was takeout, the dining area could benefit from some upkeep. The staff appeared a bit hurried, but to their credit, it was during dinner time.
I will not be going back to this location! Shelby is obnoxiously rude and will not issue refund for THEIR mistake of double charge, supposedly a glitch on KFC end. General manager Donovan was NO help either. Managers lack customer service and needretraining! I provided bank statement print out at their request BUT still unable to issue refund. Asked for corporate and wastold to look on my receipt. Still waiting on a response from corporate.

The general manager, Donovan, was no help either. The management clearly lacks customer service skills and needs retraining. I provided a bank statement printout when requested, but they still wouldn’t refund me. When I asked for corporate contact information, I was simply told to check my receipt. I am still waiting to hear back from corporate.
