The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, and the place is spotless. I really enjoyed my experience there. The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, and the place is spotless. I really enjoyed my experience there. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I decided to grab a bite to eat, and they welcomed us to stay as long as we needed. Even though we weren't eating continuously, we were served excellent meals that were truly delicious. The employees were kind and engaged in conversation with us, making our time there even more pleasant.
We enjoyed lunch at KFC in Gallup, NM. The restaurant was clean, and the remodeled building looks great. The customer service was also quite good.
I've been to many KFCs, and this one is by far the cleanest I've ever seen.
It's been a while since my last visit. The staff, especially our cashier, were very friendly. Lunch was delicious—thank you all, keep up the great work!

The up grade is great! The food are delicious
We had lunch at KFC in Gallup, NM. The restaurant was clean, and they have done a great job redesigning the building. The customer service was also good.
If I could, I would give this place a zero. The customer service was terrible. I ordered two Famous Bowl Fill Ups from the $5 box on Wednesday, but I didn’t receive any cookies or drinks. I even had to pay a few extra cents more than I should have. When I brought this to their attention, they were unhelpful and claimed they couldn't fix it because we supposedly didn’t order the $5 Famous Bowl box, but just the bowl by itself. We clarified that we wanted the deal that included the drink and cookie, but they didn't care and refused to help. As a result, not only did we pay more, but we also ended up with a lot less food. All they had to do was provide us with the box that included the cookie and drink. The customer service was poor; it felt as if they had something against me. I was extremely disappointed.
I've visited numerous KFC locations, and this one was the cleanest I've ever seen.

Even though we hadn't ordered yet, the meals we eventually tried were delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff engaged in friendly conversation with us. Overall, we had a fantastic experience!
