The menu featured a wide variety of New Mexican dishes, including mix-and-match combos. The flour tortillas were made in-house and were fresh, fluffy, thick, and incredibly soft, making them perfect for dipping in the Mexican-style broth and richly flavored tomato-based beef stew. This stew was loaded with generous chunks of beef, potatoes, carrots, and plenty of aromatic spices. My husband particularly enjoyed the beef fajitas, which came with a delightful blend of spices that complemented the fluffy tortillas and juicy beef perfectly. I absolutely loved the stew; it was so satisfying after a long, chilly day of hiking. It was perfectly seasoned, and the broth was incredibly soothing.
