Th... read more The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. The Lotta Burger New Mexico style with cheese is delicious and nostalgic, reminding me of my childhood. The service is consistently professional. I always choose to dine at Blake's Lotta Burger because of the excellent quality. It's like a carnival in your mouth.

The burger was just as delicious as we anticipated, and the fries were also very tasty. If only we had a LotaBurger in Las Vegas!

I thought they would screw up my order because it was a group of young people, but they did. the food was delicious, I had a double with luke green chilis and fryed. the burger was great and the Hatch-Pfeffer was a great note.

Then when I p... read more I am changing my review from five stars to two. Because when I placed an order over the phone, the lady who took my order was not friendly at all. Then when I picked up my order it was a completely different order or I was given someone else's with my receipt on the bag. After having to drive back to the restaurant and getting my order remade, one of the breakfast burritos had just one bacon bit in it. This location used to have the friendliest staff and best food but has gone way down. I'm not sure if we'll keep ordering here, we may switch locations.
