I understand now why they say on TV that they "got the meat" because it certainly wasn't on my sandwich.

I ordered Jalapeño Bites (8 ea. and of course was missing the bronco berry sauce. there needs to be an option for extra sauce, almost everytime I get these the forget to sauce.

Today my wife and I stopped for dinner and changed Arby's music selection. I'm not a country fan, but the music wasn't distracting and I could eat in peace. Thanks for changing the station to less vulgar music. I will normally never give a fast food restaurant 5 stars, but for the fact that they have great customer service and great food and took my last review and made changes I feel that they deserve a change from my 3 to 5 star rating. (Old Review)Food and service was great, but the radio station they play music plays inoperative music. The music ruined the experience. If you don't care about bad music or use the drive-thru, I would recommend the Arby.
