Dunkin' - Gallatin

I'm not sure why this restaurant has only 3.8 stars. It should have a much higher rating because the staff is extremely friendly (they even greet you when you walk in) and the food is delicious. We are so glad we decided to stop by.

The owner of this restaurant was truly outstanding. My daughter was getting married, and we had arranged to have breakfast for the girls getting ready, with some food from the hotel and some from DD. Unfortunately, the hotel made a mistake and never sent up anything. Luckily, I had placed an order with DD, and the manager had it ready for me when I arrived. Everything was perfectly packaged for travel, and the manager even carried it out to my car. Thanks to the staff at DD, the bridesmaids' breakfast was saved. They were truly amazing, and I am grateful that I ordered from them.

I am only giving this restaurant 1 star because I am unable to give it 0 stars. The service was very poor. The manager should consider hiring more competent staff who treat customers better.

I had previously stopped visiting this restaurant because of the service, BUT the new team is fantastic. A special shoutout to Jordan, who makes the best drinks. I definitely owe him a big tip because I have no complaints about his drink-making skills. Thank you to whoever trained him.

There donuts have gone downhill really bad. They use to be real good when made from scratch and cooked in each store. There coffee isn't as good as it use to be but it will do.
