Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Gallatin

The service wasn't great. It seemed like the cashier was inexperienced. I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, but it was a little tough to chew. I've had better ones at different Dairy Queen locations.

The food was good, but the server who took our order had a very negative attitude towards us and was not friendly.

I have been to this restaurant three times and every time the dining room has been closed. The staff seems to dislike their job and the food is constantly missing items, sauces, and dips. Don't bother wasting your time here.

I visited the new restaurant today and was impressed by how clean it was. The service was fast and the food was good. The only downside was that they had Fox News on the TVs, so I can't give it a perfect 5-star rating.

I'm fine. a terrible service. zero management presence. the workers do what they want while the lobby comes together with the guests. as with ihop, the hang is fast if they do not improve on their management and personal accountability.
