Best Mexican restaurant around here! The taco is not made from a pre-made shell. It was cooked to order crispy. Everything was very flavorful, at least the things we ordered. The combination plate, crispy beef taco, chile relleno, cheese enchilada. Mexican chopped salad with shrimp. Chips and salsa were good too.

From LA, and was looking for a good Mexican restaurant.....nothing compares to LA but LA watch out this is as good as home but we are in the Montana Mountains, sitting on the Gallatin River can't get any better.. Food was good, service was super friendly, food portions are huge, great evening

Mexican food in Montana, I know, I know. It's way better than you think. Salsa is awesome, enchiladas are awesome, drinks are strong, and staff and clientele are friendly.

We had an amazing time here. Some people may not like the rustic little cabins but we were very happy with our cabin. It was clean. They needed to put more than just a half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and maybe some packages of caffeinated coffee instead of just decaf. Besides that everything was good. The restaurant was good and the pitchers of margaritas were definitely amazing. Chris was helpful, and whenever we asked for anything he was very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again, but it isn't a place for just anyone. It is not the Hilton, and that is why we loved it. You are in Montana, not a big city. Enjoy the rustic rooms and listen to the river, that is what it is all about.

Not a good experience! 1st off, It is ridiculous that you cannot reach a live body until after 4pm! I was in touch with the owner and/or her assistant several times before my arrival. The checkout time is 11:00am for all cabins. My flight arrived at 10:30 and I requested a possible early checkin, as checkin is not until 4pm. I received nothing but pushback from both! It seems to me if ALL cabins are to be vacated by 11am that they could designate one cabin to be cleaned in the first cleanings...right? Note, this is one of their smallest cabins. Of course there is no way to get in touch with a live body when I landed, other than driving there. The dive from the airport is a hour+. So I hung out for 4+ hours and arrived at 4:00...no one to be found until I searched them out. The owner finally appears and says my cabin is not cleaned/ready yet! She was quick, however, to get my credit card and debit the bill! I wait another 40 minutes until it is ready...so not happy. NOT ONE WORD of an apology, other than it 's our busy season. Upon checkout, the night before I settled up. I voiced my opinion of my unpleasant experience with her assistant, again no apology and was treated so rudely, and was told that, They are busy and the checkin time does not revolve around me and was sternly asked to leave the building ....This is suppose to be the hospitality industry? Not impressed, will not return, would NOT recommend! The funny thing is, if I would have been treated kindly from the get go and offered a simple apology upon arrival or at checkout I would not be wasting my time writing this negative review. No comment about the restaurant as I refused to support them in any other monetary way. On a good note, the cabin, was clean and tidy with a lovely view served my purpose; would recommend that they reattached the smoke detector that was hanging open from the ceiling with no battery. THE only reason I am giving the 1 star is because of the housecleaner, she is an amazing person! She saw the total lack of respect to me upon checkin felt terrible. I am sure she would have been happy to put this cabin at the front of her list had she known. She jumped into high gear to get it ready and is the only one who was respectful and professional. I left her a good tip; hope she got it.
