Excellent food quality and courteous, friendly service without being intrusive. The charming atmosphere is perfect for both couples and groups of diners to enjoy their meal.
Wen, in Gallarate, is always an excellent restaurant. The staff is friendly and always strives to please their customers. The food is excellent and of good quality. The setting is uniquely decorated, as only Wen restaurants do; the only flaw is that it's a bit neglected.

Wen in Gallarate, My experience was very enjoyable although the service wasn't the best. The food was not a letdown for not being in Japan. Menu has a variety of food choices and foods are decently priced (although a little overpriced in my opinion). Over all the time experience was good and the atmosphere was very calm and elegant.
Good Japanese restaurant. Very nice environment and particular furnishings. The menu is varied and the raw materials of excellent quality. The service is also courteous and the waits are not too long. I advise
I was surprised to have a good real Japanese food in a small city. This place has all different kind of menu. I ordered asparagus, nabiyaki udon and ham for the appetizer and sushi for entree. Noodle was very good. Broth was very traditional style. Good atmosphere. Clean bathroom I like everything about it. Some servers didn’t know what they were doing but it didn’t bother me that much I recommend this place.
The interior design is very nice. It's a kind of classic Japanese garden. Staff friendly and kind. Good quality of food in line with expectations!
This was my first visit to this “famous” restaurant in Gallatate. The place is located on a quiet street with a private parking. While the external aspect is a bit industrial and decadent, the inner ambiance is soft and singular, with white butterflies in the ceiling and wonderful wooden floors or furnishing. The design is accurate in every detail. The menu is huge and it offers a great variety of appetizers, soups, pasta, rice, sushi, sashimi, hot dishes, makis, and other recipes. The price is very high, but we trusted in quality. I have to admit that the portions were not big, the buckwheat soba were very salty and dry, the soup was really basic and the green fusion uramakis were theonly thing I appreciated. I wanted to try also the exotic fruit I saw in one table but it was only for 2 persons. I expexcted very much more.
