My stacked burgers were cold, and the cheese on the cheeseburger wasn’t even melted. Some of the toppings were stuck together, and it seemed like the burgers were just hastily assembled. However, the fries were good and fresh, and the blizzards were enjoyable. The service was a bit slow, but still acceptable. Overall, the cold burgers were disappointing.

The staff seemed confused and unorganized, and the service was very slow. We usually enjoy stopping here, but it seems they were having a really rough day.

We have visited this Dairy Queen multiple times and have generally had good experiences. They are usually quick, and the staff is quite efficient, so I have no complaints. The Blizzards and food are both good—average, but standard for fast food, especially Dairy Queen. It's also a bonus that they accept gift cards, as the location in Mansfield does not since it's not part of the franchise.

Stopped to get vanilla ice cream to make pepsi floats at home. Our Dairy Queen is closed on Wednesdays so we stopped at this one for takeout.
