However, it took a while for the food to arrive; we sat for at least 15 minutes before placing our order, and it took at least 30 minutes for the food to reach our table. We arrived at 6:30 PM, but it wasn't until 8:00 PM that we finally left.
Overall, it was a great meal with pretty good service. One suggestion would be to improve their parking situation. If it hadn't been for a bit of packed snow, the parking lot... View all feedback.

Food is just OK. Service was way too long for not being that busy. My fiancé asked for a refill and our waitress never brought it. Another waitress or possibly manager even asked US if we wanted a refill and she never brought it either View all feedback.
The food was excellent! The service was decent; I had to wait a little since they were busy and short-staffed, but it was manageable. However, they should consider dusting the blinds and window sill.
We had a Russian waitress whose name I unfortunately can't remember, but she truly was the best of the best! She was funny and incredibly attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect with our meals. The food was definitely worth it! My steak was wonderfully red and so juicy! My only disappointment was with the senior meals; they could use a bit more variety.
I have never been to this restaurant and had bad food. I've almost never had or seen any mistakes in orders. And food always comes out promptly with courteous service. I wish that they made far more money than they do, because the place seems a little rundown. The bathrooms and the dining-room could certainly use a remodel. But, that sure as heck won't stop me from my late-night dinners there. And it's still plenty cozy.
The staff here is always friendly. My server, Vanessa, was fantastic—she filled my first cup of coffee and continued to check in to make sure we were doing well. We visit this restaurant frequently, and it’s consistently wonderful!
The staff is very nice and helpful. Kid friendly which is very nice. However what passes for butter does not melt on your pancakes. So you must ask for real butter. I don't care for the coffee so I used to bring a mug with me. Now they have a sign up on door. No outdoor drinks. They raised prices and added a surcharge for incidentals. Incidentals beings napkins, toilet paper, etc.
