Culver’s - Galesburg

Was passing thru town and stopped because there's a Culver's in my town and this one was just as amazing. employees were friendly and food was great.

The food was amazing, The person that took the order messed up 2 parts of the order that we had to re state multiple times in the first place. It was me and my bfs first time there and we didn't know to pull forward after paying. And the person at the window didn't say anything then got an attitude when we sat there confused. We think her name was Allie. She put cheese curds on our order when we went through then took them off, luckily I didn't have to pay for them cus they wernt on the recept or in my bag (not happy about that) instead she changed my bfs sandwich to a basket this happened at 9:29pm today wich is 9/8/23 at the galesburg location.Food was amazing highly recomend but the drive through worker was rude.

We love culvers, but this stop was disappointing. My wife ordered a bacon burger, and there was only 1 strip of bacon that was about 1 1/2 long! I ordered the highly publicized peper burger. Where was the pepper?

Always friendly service the food does cost a little more than other fast food restaurants but definitely worth it for the quality.
