I have to say I'm looking forward to eating at Baked when we visit our daughter at college. Your pizza is always fresh and they have the best beats!!! The salads are also wonderful. We will miss you, but when we go through Galesburg, we will stop for some Za View all feedback.
What Ottis Bahringer doesn't like about Baked (pizzas):
We're the only two dine in customers and it took an hour for 2 hand tossed pizzas. One slice of white sausage had a tsp of oil drip off it. It was fine, very one note. Herb and goat cheese was meh. View all feedback.
Great atmosphere, the eclectic mix of blues and jazz music adds to the charm of this cozy restaurant. Service was friendly and the food was from this world! Try the potato pizza and the olives and almonds are served warm, making them super delicious. You can easily make a vegan meal from the menu offer... if you definitely stop in the Galesburg area!

Not only do they have the most amazing pizza in Galesburg, they are an amazing place to work! I feel so loved and appreciated to work here and I've never found myself working in any other job. Kevin and Ana are the absolute best, along with the people I work with!

We had 2 of the best pizzas I've ate in years. Perfect crust. Amazing toppings. Grade A pizza at a good price.
