I visited for the first time last week and absolutely loved it. The caretakers have done an amazing job with organizing the barns! They are very knowledgeable on not only the property itself, but also local history as well. The grounds offer good opportunities to walk and enjoy the history and natural beauty of the Ledyard area all in one place. View all feedback.

Beautiful grounds, would love to have a picnic here sometime. The goats were cool, couldn't find the dinosaur tracks.
I love how accessible the trails are and the grounds and gardens of the museum are gorgeous. Plus it is very pet and family friendly.
It’s a lovely spot in the world. The museum curator was so friendly and kind when we went last year. We have since enjoyed the grounds several times.
