So this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Pizza Hut not only did my pizza not come with any sauce and then they told me, that’s how the pizza was supposed to come didn’t offer any solutions and basically just told me that they did it right I was wrong and that’s how the pizza supposed to come. Usually arrives hot and in good time. We're usually busy so we order contactless every time but I don't think a single driver has ever followed that request.
By looks and smell, the pizza was nice. The dough was well cooked on the bottom and around the edge, but it was very doughy under the toppings. It would have been good if it had been fully cooked. I put part of it in the microwave and finished cooking it, but the trash got the rest. The breadsticks were good. The cinnamon sticks were cooked but not good. We did not like the way it was topped at all. I was so disappointed. I had not been there in several years. I was in town and I wanted to give them a chance. I had been told by word of mouth not to go there. I was told to go to Casey's instead. I wish I had listened.
I usually love this place but the food was so bad I've been seriously sick all night. Don't recommend
We ordered two of their cheesesteak melt sayings and there was two pieces of steak in the whole entire thing they were hard to chew they were just hands down the worst things we'd ever tasted and their cheese pizza wasn't much better there's a lot of things they could do to improve! That is just three peoples opinions.
Unfortunately, I have to give this a star that they don’t deserve. After the first bad experience, I decided to blow it off. After today and reading other recent reviews, I’m bypassing the location and sent my concerns directly to Pizza Hut Corp. Their online ordering is 90% ignored as you can’t get extra sauce ON the pizza and they don’t read the “Special Instructions” portion of the order. Lest we forget the toppings that you want don’t get from the refrigerator to the pizza. We as customers should not have to put up with incompetent service THAT WE PAY FOR just because it’s the only pizza(and I use that term loosely)place in town. I have many reward points in my account, but if what I’m paying for is any indication, what the hell am I getting for free???? Note: ordered with mushrooms, can you find them in the picture?
