Crystall is undoubtedly among... read more The pastry in Galatina is the master of sweets and it is difficult not to find a pastry that is not able to do it on average well. Crystall is undoubtedly among the best, you can prefer it or not to others only for a matter of details. For example, I find excellent the external dough but not the same as the repeated pastry cream, in my opinion too sweet and the color and taste less decided than other creams, details that however do not question the quality of the product.

I ordered 40 mini Pasticciotti and 20 mini Fruttani to take to my colleagues at MediaWorld in Milan so they could try the Galatinese pasticciotto. And after a 14-minute drive due to various interruptions along the way, they delivered it this morning when the store opened.
