We were passing through and we went to eat at Vips, we chose a plate of spaghetti carbonara from Soria and what a big mistake, they tasted burnt and the pasta was white and warm, we brought it to our attention with great politeness and they didn't even give us an option to change or anything You're welcome, with what the plate is worth (14.95) it's embarrassing, the joke came out cheap, we won't be back, it's clear to us

We were regular customers and each time we come we are more disappointed. Both my partner and I are hoteliers, and we understand according to what things, but not the laziness of the staff, the bad customer service and not wanting to work. The place is always empty, and yet the waiters turn customers away when they have 5-6 tables. To top it off, they take time to serve us and take out the food, they are messing with each other and making bad comments. A pity that with such a privileged place that you have, you spoil it in this way. When you learn to work and be professionals we will return, because the food is quite good.

Despite the comments, the service has been very correct, the dishes have arrived at the correct time and the food was as it is supposed to be. It seems they are getting better. We have ordered 2 children's menus that have turned out well and have good flavor. A piri piri sandwich that was great and a bowl that was great and a Louisiana salad to share. We will repeat.
