After reading reviews of this restaurant in Gajraula, we decided to stop here on our way to Corbett. It is located on the main highway and shares its premises with a BPCL COCO pump, McDonald's, Cafe Coffee Day, Dominos and other options. Since it was lunch time, we ordered Dal Makhni and Laccha Paranthas, both of which were delicious. The portion size of each dish was enough for two adults. The service was quite slow... What User doesn't like about Tadka:
I have been to Tadka 5-6 times, whenever I travel to Jim Corbett or nearby areas. The small Resturant is good for a short halt to have team and snaks. Pakoras are very good. Parathas are not so good.......It has a huge space at its disposal, which makes the over all experience cheerful. View all feedback.

Since it was lunch time, we ordered Dal Makhni and Laccha Paranthas, both of which were delicious. The portion size of each dish was enough for two adults. The service was quite slow, and we opted to sit in the upper air-conditioned area. Although the cleanliness was not perfect, it was better than most other eateries on the highway. However, we were primarily there for the food, and it did not disappoint.
This restaurant is situated by the bypass and is well-kept and clean. The service is excellent and all the dishes are delicious.
If you're on your way from Delhi to Nainital, Tadka in Gajraula is a fantastic stopover. Whether you're traveling solo, with family, in groups, or with friends, this place has everything you need. It offers great value for money with a variety of snack, lunch, and dinner options. Be sure to try their Chai Pakora - it's a must-have! The toilets are clean, the place is well-lit, and it's safe for families. The owner is very polite and welcoming, catering to the needs of groups and making special arrangements upon request.
On road dhabha best for late night travelling aloo Kai paranthai and a cup of tea. Avoid taking curd and tandoori paranthas are good.
