Wonderful place. Very good location in Gaithersburg with easy access to Montgomery Village Avenue, 270, 355 and 370, restaurants and shopping. The suites are spacious and well designed. The staff is fantastic, starting with Paul the Manager, Nisha and Nikki at the Front Desk, Veronica in House Keeping and the nice lady and gentlemen who are exhibiting breakfast. The laundry has plenty of machines and a TV, the pool i... View all feedback.

I chose this hotel for the option one bedroom. First room because the bathroom was not completely cleaned and the VERY facility is used. She said she would give us a new room when we come to get new keys. Second room clean, but again the decor are very worn...Hilton, it is time for this place to upgrade for the amount we pay! Breakfast was not partake. Location for Germantown visit with relatives was good. View all feedback.
All the lights are too bright, they are blind. There is only one bathroom light that is beautiful and bright for all other applications than if it must be used in the middle of the night. The switches don't even work to turn on the lights.
Great hotel with LOTS of Room, friendly staff also we were surprised how much room we included with a fully equipped kitchen and living area and bedroom and large bathroom breakfast clean and well maintained hotel. I would definitely stay here again, with a snack shop in the lobby for late night snacks.
This hotel is very nice. The King Studio is very spacious and well layout. The bathroom and shower is huge. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
Stayed here one night on NYE, along the road, with spouse and two kids, in a 2Q 1 bedroom suite. Arrived late and left semi early so only had a brief experience, but, the stuff I can say: Rooms were typical Homewood 2 room setup, plenty spacious. While the rooms had all the right stuff, they are a little tired. Lots of little dents/scratches/wear and tear, things not quite 100% functioning as intended but nothing big. The window HVAC unit leaked a little bit onto the rug, but just a tiny bit. Really just needs a little TLC. Location was convenient from the highway. Breakfast area was well spaced, offerings were a little spartan but that's pretty universal nowadays. Staff were universally friendly and helpful. Rate was reasonable for the room type and amenities. COVID NOTES: masks required here, and people seemed to be doing so, both staff and guests. Didn't get a serious look at the place but I feel safe recommending it.
When we arrived after 9 PM there was a sign on the door that the door was locked and if we needed access we had to use the phone. We called several times and no one answered. We banged on the door and no one came. Luckily a guest was coming out so we were at least able to get in. No one at the front desk and my husband walked all around the first floor and could not find a single employee. I remembered there was an option to use a digital key and that’s how we got into our room. We reported this the next morning but never heard a thing from management. One night the lights went out in our room for 10 minutes or so and when we called the front desk no one answered. One morning I was getting dressed and someone used the key and started walking into our room. I can only assume it was an employee who didn’t bother to knock and when I yelled they backed out. Definitely not up to Hilton standards.
