This morning, I had the chance to try the new fall drink from Dieucks: the Apple Pie Egg Macchiato. I added sweet foam, and I could taste the notes of caramel, brown sugar, and apple—it wasn’t overly sweet, just perfectly balanced. It’s simply delicious; I give it a 10/10! The person behind the counter was handling food without wearing gloves. When I asked for a stirrer, he picked it up with his bare hands and touched both ends before handing it to me. This is unacceptable, even in non-COVID times! View all feedback.
This is a fabulous place! All of the baristas are warm and friendly. I love them all! It is a happy place to be.
Drink was good but zero customer service today. Just sour and robotic. Returned on Jan. 5 and the coffee was cold. Plus, the customer service continues to be terrible. Definitely my last visit.
