An outs... read more My go-to place to relax with a friend n enjoy coffee n food. The mini souffles are a welcome addition to the Panera breakfast menu. Large seating areas. An outside eating area and bistro tables along the side. Many of the seats inside are booths, whichlends to the atmosphere of private conversations. The soup is really delicious and now also available at the grocery store. Theonly thing I personally don't like is pouring my own coffee. Unless you order a specialty beverage, there is a small stationwith the typical set up you'd see in a hotel lobby. Coffee and tea options, milk (almond milk too) and sweetener. The emphasisis on food and bakery items, instead of a coffee centric space. Not a reason to avoid enjoying the rest of the Paneraexperience!

I called twice and both times the woman who answer... read more Terrible customer service. I placed a curbside order. The app did not work to notify the staff of my arrival. I called twice and both times the woman who answered hung up on me. I went inside to pick up my order and expressed that twice I had been hung upon and when I did the woman at the cash register laughed and replied, ?yeah I just couldn?t hear you??. I find this to be veryrude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location for this simple fact.
